Tell us in 200 words or less, “What is your ultimate goal as a massage therapist?” Applications must be received by October 15, 2019. Winners will be notified no later than December 15, 2019. Only US massage schools, enrolled students (currently attending classes) and recent graduates (graduated within six months of submitting an application) are eligible. This program is only open to those enrolled in 'human' massage techniques; animal massage is not included. Essays longer than 200 words will not be reviewed or considered for a grant.

IMPORTANT – DO NOT include your name, instructor’s name, school name or any client names in your essay paragraph. DO NOT use paragraph breaks – submit your essay as one paragraph. PLEASE AVOID using the and symbol &, quote marks “ and apostrophes ‘ (i.e., it’s, you’re, don’t) in your essay because they get converted to unreadable characters when the essay is transmitted. (I know…weird, right?) Submissions should be free from spelling and grammar errors. Entries are limited to one submission per student.

A committee of industry representatives will review the submissions and choose eight winning essays. Each winning student will receive a $1,000 cash grant. In addition, their schools will receive a $500 cash grant and a $500 product package.
